Minimum Wage Final Agreement

Each year, a group of experts from the Fair Work Commission must review the modern minimum wage and establish a national minimum wage scale for employees who are not covered by company agreements or modern rewards. Any national minimum wage regulations, adopted as part of an annual wage review, will enter into force on 1 July of the following financial year and will remain in force until the entry into force of the next national minimum wage regulation.
